Volleyball - Harvey 2 Oakwood Friends 3

On Wednesday, October 31, the Girls’ Varsity Volleyball team jumped out to a 2-0 lead at home against league rivals Oakwood Friends on Halloween. Their success might have scared the Cavs, because they lost the 3rd and 4th games and dropped a close overtime game to lose the match 3-2. During this game, Allison Zakre led the girls with hard work and aggressive digs, Brittany Fleiss and Stephanie Rodrigues settled the ball down nicely, and Chrissy Casbarro and Julie Sauro set up some nice spikes. Junior Alisa Langer was in the zone, capitalizing on some really nice passes by spiking the ball to earn some points.
