To add the Harvey Calendar to your Google Calendar, do the following steps….
1. Login to your Google calendar
2. Click Add on your My Calendar window
3. Choose Add by URL
4. Right click and choose Copy Link Location
5. Paste the following link into the URL field: http://harvey.groupfusion.net/modules/calendar/exportICal.php?oc_id%5B%5D=368
6. Leave the check box blank
7. Click on OK to add the calendar
1. Open System Preferences Pane
2. Click on Printers & Faxes
3. Click on + sign to add a printer
4. Choose IP Printing
5. In address field enter the IP address of the printer you want
6. Highlight and change the name of the printer(defaults to IP address)
7. Change printer model to appropriate driver if Generic Postscript driver loads
Available printers…..
Art Building Computer Room - HP 4050 - 192.168.0.220
Library - HP 4240 - 192.168.0.223
MS Computer Room - HP 4200 - 192.168.0.236
White Cottage - HP 4240 - 192.168.0.226(For College Work Only!!)
1. Click on start, settings, printers & faxes
2. Click on add printer
3. Click on next
4. Click on local printer, uncheck automatically detect
5. Click next
6. Click on create new port
7. Choose standard tcp/ip port
8. Click next and next again
9. Enter printer ip address(see list below) on the topc line(leave port name alone)
10. Click next
11. Choose HP on the left and printer model on the right. If the exact model isn’t available, choose “series” printer or download driver from the internet.
12. Print a test page
13. Click finish
14. Test by printing a document
